The FBI wants to always win at Where’s Waldo, Marco Polo, and Hide & Seek. One billion dollars later, they’re getting the chance to never lose. I just hope dopplegangers are taken into consideration. There is also tattoo recognition technology already in place (developed privately for local police). It’s a brave new world!
